New Amache NHS seeks park guide position

Amache National Historic Site is looking to add a park guide to its team. This is a term position and will last between one and two years. Duties will include answering visitor questions at the museum and on site, giving interpretive programs, and helping develop content for the NPS website and Amache social media page. (Plus the extra benefit of joining an enthusiastic team to help start a new park!)

Amache National Historic Site is a Japanese American incarceration site and the newest unit of the National Park Service. It is located in southeastern Colorado and park of the High Plains Group of parks. There is no housing available, but there are options available in Lamar, Colo., which is an easy 17 miles away.
